Well the podcast has been going on for over a week now with Thomas at the helm. It is a lot like the old podcast compared with when Torrez running it. The format is a little bit difference. He is splitting off Andrew takes the bar exam to a stand a lone show with 3 questions. He has Matt Cameron as his partner who is a lawyer. The 2 mesh pretty good. Matt even had his wife Casey on who was a prosecuting attorney for 15 years. Cassey is not on all the time but the one pod cast I listened to was good. The Pod cast with Thomas on seems to have the old flow back. With Torrez and Dye it was really dry and didn't have the same feel, which makes sense because they are both different styles. What makes it better in my opinion is that Thomas comes at it from a layman point of view and Torrez had 2 lawyers on so the whole cadence was just off to me. So far I like the new re-re boot of the pod. I have not subscribed with patreon yet but if it keeps up I probably will. Plus I think Thomas said it will not be all Trump all the time. He had a great podcast about the death penalty that was worth a listen.

What kind of Bananas did you use? The lady finger's or just the basic cavendish from the super market? I heard the lady fingers are great for Banana bread.

I will give it a listen. I'm not sure who Cameron is but the charm of the show was the banter between Torezz and Thomas. If Thomas can get that same style with Cameron it should work out.

Quote from: Awatsjr on January 31, 2024, 10:17:41 PMSplit pea soup. Everyone in my family loves it. I don't. Squash is alright although I haven't had it a lot.

Thanks for the clarification. Most people put meat in split pea soup. I agree that would be horrid.

My mom Makes split pea soup with a ham bone to make the broth. Tastes great

I like this web site it will show some of the parts in the system. This is for my truck but you can search for yours there.

Not sure about the speed sensor but there is a gear on the transmission that might be the issue. Here is a video on it.

There is also this video that might help. In the beginning they show how to tell if it is a mechanical or an electronic.

The mazda and the ranger are about the same.

Quote from: CarbShark on January 28, 2024, 08:47:48 PMUpper back or lower?

I was having lower back issues and the Dr. said my old and mushy mattress might be forming a hammock (his word) which meant that my vertebrae were getting uneven pressure all night long.

Switching to a firmer, more supportive mattress fixed 90% of the issue. I still have minor flareups if I'm doing repetitive actions like bending over to pick things up or digging with a shovel. But those were a lot worse before I changed mattresses.

Lower back. I am looking into a new mattress. My wife and I are thinking that might be the issue. I have a foam mattress and it does seem that there is a pit where we lay. when I wake up to piss at say 4 am my back will feel ok. When I get up a couple of hours later it will be 100% worse. It takes a few hours to get it feeling better so I can move around.

Quote from: bachfiend on January 28, 2024, 05:04:22 PMArthritis (such as ankylosis spondylitis) is worse with rest, as is muscle pain.  You've indicated the solution - move.

That could be it too. It gets better when I can sit in my chair. After that I can move around fairly well. It has been for a long time that if I stand to much my lower back hurts. If I move around It feels better. I can play hockey and it does not bother me so much.

Quote from: daniel1948 on January 28, 2024, 12:59:36 PMDoes it feel like nerve pain, rather than muscle or tendon pain?
It feels like a sharp pain then stops but does not radiate up or down. I'll see what the Doc says tomorrow.
